For the past couple of days I have been working on this masterpiece. I drew the original drawing in pen, then I felt like scanning it and coloring it a bit digitally. I’m not sure which version I like better, but the coloring I did seems a bit cheep; I can do better. *is lazy*

This is the fight between Miria and Hysteria with the battle between Roxanne and Cassandra ongoing int the background. It was a pretty good fight and I had forgotten about it, but after rereading claymore again I was all like woa. yiss.

yiss

yissss. very cool.

is there yuri in Claymore???

ghosts-forever:

Well, I suppose you could call it that. Claymore actually doesn’t focus on the romantic aspect of relationships too much but more on

  • affection towards comrades
  • friendship
  • friendly rivalries
  • motherly love/ daughterly love
  • sisterly love
  • sacrificing yourself for someone you care about

Not only does it have this between the females, but there’s also a couple men in the story that experience these relationships and bonds. So, to answer your question, it really depends on what you want to see. Do you want to see two girls kissing for pure fan service, or do you want to experience complex and wonderful relationships between female warriors?
